SBI PO Exam 2023 Selection Process
- Notification Release: The first step towards the SBI PO 2023 exam is the release of the official notification. - Preliminary Examination: The SBI PO exam is divided into three phases, starting with the preliminary examination. Phase III: Psychometric Test, Group Exercises & Interview
Basically, in this Phase Psychometric Tests, Interviews & Group Exercises will be conducted. The result of the test may be placed before the Interview panel to have a thorough perspective on the candidates. The Group Exercises comprise 20 marks and the Interview carries 30 marks. The total marks allotted for Phase 3 are 50.
