A Fixed Deposit is a scheme in which you can save your money for a fixed period of time. You can take interest monthly, quarterly, and after the maturity of FD. In a Fixed Deposit, pre-mature money withdrawal is not allowed. For investment in fixed deposit, you have to invest a minimum amount of rupees 1000. SBI has revised its interest rates for fixed deposits with effect from 15/02/2023.
